We mainly focus on the mechanisms by which non-coding RNAs (including circular RNAs) regulate the initiation and progression of tumors and leukemia. Our aim is to screen relevant drugs and immunotherapeutic targets such as neoantigens, and develop corresponding therapeutic strategies.

Leveraging high-throughput sequencing, single-cell sequencing and other technologies combined with experimental validation, this field investigates systemic regulatory networks and molecular interaction mechanisms underlying diseases, providing insights for the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.

This research stream develops cellular and RNA-based therapeutic strategies built upon mRNA and circular RNA expression technologies.
